Zusammenfassung

Autoneum sucht eine/n qualifizierte/n Industriemechaniker/in zur Wartung von Maschinen und Anlagen in der Produktion. Zu den Aufgaben gehören Instandhaltung, Fehleranalyse, Störungsbeseitigung sowie eigenständige Bearbeitung von Wartungsaufträgen. Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriemechaniker bzw.

vergleichbar mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung mit Schwerpunkt Hydraulik und Pneumatik. Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit, gute Deutschkenntnisse und eine gültige Arbeitserlaubnis

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Industriemechaniker bzw. ähnliche mechanische Ausbildung.
• Mehrere Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung.
• Erfahrung in Instandhaltung von Maschinen und Systemen, ideal in automatisierter Produktion/Robotik.
• Solide Kenntnisse in Hydraulik und Pneumatik.
• Gute Organisationsfähigkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
• Bereitschaft zu Schichtarbeit.
• Gültige Arbeitserlaubnis.

Aufgaben

• Warten von Maschinen und Systemen (Exzustrusion, Tiefziehen, hydraulische Pressen und Stanzen).
• Bearbeiten von Reparaturaufträgen.
• Analyse und Bewertung von Fehlermeldungen.
• Störungsbeseitigung.
• Eigenständige Bearbeitung von zyklischen Wartungsaufträgen.

Your tasks

• Maintenance of machines and systems (extrusion, deep drawing, hydraulic presses and punching, etc.)
• Processing repair orders
• Analysis and evaluation of error messages
• Troubleshooting
• Independent processing of cyclical maintenance orders

Your qualification

• Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, specializing in industrial engineering or production engineering, industrial fitter or mechatronics engineer, mechanic for construction machinery and commercial vehicles (all m/f/d)
• Several years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in the maintenance of machines and systems, preferably in the field of automated production and robotics
• Solid knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
• Experience in the maintenance of infrastructure and building technology desirable
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Willingness to work shifts
• Fluency in spoken and written German
• Valid work permit
