Autoneum offers a two-year training programme as a machine and plant operator. You will learn to set up, commission and control complex plants, ensure smooth operation, and monitor material flow to quickly address simple malfunctions.

What You Can Expect

As a machine and plant operator, you will ensure that our complex plants never come to a standstill. During your two-year training programme, you will set up machines, commission them and control them. You will also monitor the flow of materials and intervene in the event of simple machine malfunctions to rectify the problem.

Your Qualifications

• "Hauptschulabschluss or Fachoberschulreife"
• Interest and curiosity about technical contexts
• Good knowledge of maths and physics
• Perhaps you have even done an internship in this field before – and really enjoyed it.
