Autoneum invites applications for an Industrial Mechanic apprenticeship in Roßdorf, Germany. You will maintain, repair, convert and commission production facilities with a team of professionals in a global, multicultural environment.

During the 3.5-year program, you’ll work with electronics technicians and engage in learning modules, workshops, and hands‑on training. The role emphasizes practical skill-building and long-term career growth.

What You Can Expect

As an industrial mechanic, you will always maintain an overview and ensure that everything runs smoothly in our production department. Your main tasks will include the maintenance, repair, conversion and commissioning of production facilities. During your 3.5-year apprenticeship, you will also work with our electronics technicians to maintain other operating facilities and their mechanical components.
