Responsibilities

• Manage Technical Operation and Maintenance Activities
• Maximize kWh production focusing on high Availability & Performance Ratio
• Conduct site visits to monitor and ensure quality work by Contractors and Suppliers
• Serve as technical lead on retrofit, revamping / repowering, and other tech capex initiatives (inverter refurbishments, monitoring systems, etc.)
• Monitor and validate technical solutions
• Support technical Due Diligence for new plants, including construction supervision if needed

The Person

The successful candidate will likely have:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field
• Experience in asset management / repowering and refurbishment (such as replacement inverters and modules)
• Knowledge of contracts with EPCs, O&Ms, etc.
• Ability to communicate professionally in German & English, both verbally and written
• Ability to perform under pressure and solve problems as they occur
• Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
• This role is suitable for individuals holding positions such as Technical Asset Manager, Technische Betriebsführung, Repowering Specialist, Solar O&M Manager, Service Technician, Electrical Engineer, Solar Expert, and similar roles.
