Job Description

At our plant, the hum of machines and buzzing energy sets the stage—and as our Plant Manager you’re the one who keeps it bold, real, and efficient.

You’ll own the operation — trustworthy leadership under strict regulations like BlmSchG, food hygiene, occupational safety, and our food‑safety principles. You spot issues early, think fast, decide boldly, and act with purpose. Whether it’s less material waste, optimized energy use, or smooth production flow, you make it happen.

This role is more than managing—it’s shaping the future: defining goals around quality, safety, availability, competitiveness, and energy use. As a Plant manager you’re the strategist and budget steward, steering the plant toward real results with clarity, urgency, and measurable impact. But that’s not all, in this role you’ll:

• Investigate deviations and take responsibility for correction or disposition decisions
• Manage budgeting, cost control, and financial performance of the plant operations
• Build a high-performance plant culture rooted in Jack Link’s values and a commitment to growth and continuous improvement

Qualifications

For this highly responsible job we need you to bring solid experience within a plant management leadership role. As well as an Engineering or Business degree (or equivalent) and deep expertise in lean manufacturing and quality systems. You’re the calm commander when things heat up—analytical, direct, and assertive. We feel that to be successful in this role you bring the following additional expertise and experience:

• In-depth knowledge of production processes, lean management and quality assurance
• Strong leadership and communication skills you communicate with clarity and conviction.
• Fluent in both German and English,
