Job Description:

We are an international company specializing in designing, producing, and supplying brand & retail marketing items for jewelry, watch, fashion, and lifestyle brands. With over 700 employees worldwide, we value teamwork, responsibility, mutual trust, and partnership.

Currently, we are looking for a Plant Manager (m/f/d) to lead the ramp-up and organization of our newest production site in Dürres, focusing on the manufacturing and finishing of premium and luxury products.

• Oversee safe, compliant, reliable, and economical operation of the production site in Dürres.
• Recruit and manage local staff to ensure workflow.
• Establish standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with guidelines and policies such as 5S, ISO, HSE.
• Organize workflow to meet production targets, delivery timelines, and quality standards.
• Plan and organize production resources.
• Continuously optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, cost, and delivery.
• Manage staff and budget planning, cost control, and reporting.
• Develop strategies and monitor objectives.
• Report directly to the German headquarters.

Qualifications:

• Degree in engineering or equivalent professional and technical experience; additional studies in economics or business administration are advantageous.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in international teams.
• Analytical and structured working approach.
• Excellent communication and assertiveness skills.
