We continue to grow and are currently looking for a Plant Manager (m/f/d).

• Further ramp-up and organization of our newest production site, where the manufacturing and finishing of premium and luxury items will be carried out.
• Responsibility for safe, compliant, reliable, and economical operation of our site in Dürres in accordance with internal and external requirements, laws, and legal obligations, safety regulations, environmental requirements, licenses, and permits.
• Targeted recruitment and cooperative management of local staff to secure workflow.
• Setting up standard operation procedures (SOPs) along with all applicable documentation (e.g., guidelines, policies, etc.).
• Full implementation and control of guidelines and policies (e.g., 5S, ISO, HSE).
• Organize workflow to meet production targets, delivery timelines, and quality standards.
• Planning and organizing production resources.
• Ongoing optimization of business and manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, costs, and delivery deadlines.
• Staff and budget planning, cost controlling, and reporting.
• Developing strategies, defining, and monitoring objectives.
• Report directly to German Headquarters.

Qualifications:

• Engineering qualification or comparable professional and technical experience, with additional studies in economics or business administration being advantageous.
• Highly developed entrepreneurial attitude and approach.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and pay sharp attention to detail.
• Experience working in international teams.
• Analytical thinking and a structured way of working.
• Outstanding communication and assertiveness skills.
• Ability to work successfully in a team.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office.
• Fluent command of English; Italian and/or Albanian would be an advantage.
• Experience in packaging production and print would be a benefit.
