• Further ramp-up and organization of our newest production site for manufacturing and finishing of premium and luxury items
• Responsibility for safe, compliant, reliable, and economical operation of our site in Dürres, adhering to all internal and external requirements, laws, safety regulations, environmental standards, licenses, and permits
• Recruitment and management of local staff to secure workflow
• Establishment of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and related documentation
• Implementation and monitoring of guidelines and policies (e.g., 5S, ISO, HSE)
• Organization of workflow to meet production targets, delivery timelines, and quality standards
• Planning and allocation of production resources
• Continuous process optimization for efficiency, quality, cost, and deadlines
• Staffing and budget planning, cost control, and reporting
• Strategy development, goal setting, and performance monitoring
• Reporting directly to German headquarters

Qualifications: Engineering qualification or equivalent professional/technical experience; additional studies in economics or business administration are advantageous. Must have a proactive entrepreneurial approach, excellent multitasking skills, and attention to detail. Experience working in international teams, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills are required. Proficiency in MS Office and fluency in English are necessary; Italian and/or Albanian language skills are a plus. Experience in packaging production and print is beneficial.
