• Further ramp-up and organization of our newest production site, focusing on manufacturing and finishing of premium and luxury items
• Responsibility for safe, compliant, reliable, and economical operation of our site in Dürres, adhering to all internal and external requirements, laws, safety regulations, environmental standards, licenses, and permits
• Targeted recruitment and cooperative management of local staff to secure workflow
• Establishment of standard operating procedures (SOPs) along with all relevant documentation (guidelines, policies, etc.)
• Full implementation and monitoring of guidelines and policies (e.g., 5S, ISO, HSE)
• Organizing workflow to meet production targets, delivery timelines, and quality standards
• Planning and organizing production resources
• Ongoing optimization of business and manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, costs, and delivery deadlines
• Staff and budget planning, cost control, and reporting
• Developing strategies, setting, and monitoring objectives
• Reporting directly to German Headquarters

Qualifications:

• Engineering qualification or comparable professional and technical experience, with additional studies in economics or business administration advantageous
• Highly developed entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and pay attention to detail
• Experience working in international teams
• Analytical thinking and structured work approach
• Excellent communication and assertiveness skills
• Teamwork capability
• Very good MS Office skills
• Fluent in English; Italian and/or Albanian skills are a plus
• Experience in packaging production and print is beneficial
