• Further ramp-up and organization of our newest production site, focusing on manufacturing and finishing of premium and luxury products.
• Responsibility for the safe, compliant, reliable, and economical operation of our site in Dürres, adhering to all legal and internal requirements, safety, environmental regulations, licenses, and permits.
• Targeted recruitment and management of local staff to secure workflow.
• Establishment of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and all relevant documentation (guidelines, policies, etc.).
• Implementation and monitoring of guidelines and policies (e.g., 5S, ISO, HSE).
• Organizing workflow to meet production targets, deadlines, and quality standards.
• Planning and organizing production resources.
• Continuous optimization of business and manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, costs, and delivery deadlines.
• Staff and budget planning, cost control, and reporting.
• Developing strategies, setting, and monitoring objectives.
• Reporting directly to the German headquarters.

Qualifications:

• Engineering qualification or comparable professional and technical experience; additional studies in economics or business administration are advantageous.
• Highly developed entrepreneurial attitude and approach.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and pay close attention to detail.
• Experience working in international teams.
