• Further ramp-up and organizing our newest production site for manufacturing and finishing of premium and luxury items
• Responsibility for safe, compliant, reliable, and economical operation of our site in Dürres according to internal and external requirements, laws, safety regulations, environmental requirements, licenses, and permits
• Targeted recruitment and management of local staff to secure workflow
• Setting up SOPs and all applicable documentation (guidelines, policies, etc.)
• Implementation and control of guidelines and policies (e.g., 5S, ISO, HSE)
• Organize workflow to meet production targets, delivery timelines, and quality standards
• Planning and organizing production resources
• Ongoing optimization of business and manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, costs, and delivery deadlines
• Staff and budget planning, cost controlling, and reporting
• Developing strategies, defining, and monitoring objectives
• Reporting directly to German Headquarters

Qualifications:

• Engineering qualification or comparable professional and technical experience, with additional studies in economics or business administration advantageous
• Highly developed entrepreneurial attitude and approach
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and pay close attention to detail
• Experience working in international teams
• Analytical thinking and structured working style
• Outstanding communication and assertiveness skills
• Successful teamworking ability
• Very good MS Office skills
