• Further ramp-up and organization of our newest production site for manufacturing and finishing of premium and luxury products
• Responsibility for safe, compliant, reliable, and economical operation of our site in Dürres, in accordance with internal and external requirements, laws, safety regulations, environmental standards, licenses, and permits
• Targeted recruitment and cooperative management of local staff to secure workflow
• Setting up standard operating procedures (SOPs) along with all applicable documentation (e.g., guidelines, policies)
• Full implementation and control of guidelines and policies (e.g., 5S, ISO, HSE)
• Organize workflow to meet production targets, delivery timelines, and quality standards
• Planning and organizing production resources
• Ongoing optimization of business and manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, costs, and delivery deadlines
• Staff and budget planning, cost controlling, and reporting
• Developing strategies, defining, and monitoring objectives
• Reporting directly to German Headquarters

Qualifications:

• Engineering qualification or comparable professional and technical experience; additional studies in economics or business administration are advantageous
• Highly developed entrepreneurial attitude and approach
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and pay sharp attention to detail
• Experience working in international teams
• Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
• Outstanding communication and assertiveness skills
• Ability to work successfully in a team
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Fluent command of English; Italian and/or Albanian would be an advantage
• Experience in packaging production and print would be a benefit
