• Further ramp-up and organization of our newest production site, focusing on manufacturing and finishing of premium and luxury products
• Responsibility for the safe, compliant, reliable, and economical operation of our site in Düren, in accordance with internal and external requirements, laws, safety regulations, environmental standards, licenses, and permits
• Targeted recruitment and cooperative management of local staff to secure workflow
• Establishment of standard operating procedures (SOPs) along with all applicable documentation (guidelines, policies, etc.)
• Full implementation and monitoring of guidelines and policies (e.g., 5S, ISO, HSE)
• Organize workflow to meet production targets, delivery timelines, and quality standards
• Planning and organizing production resources
• Ongoing optimization of business and manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, costs, and delivery deadlines
• Staff and budget planning, cost control, and reporting
• Developing strategies, defining, and monitoring objectives
• Reporting directly to German Headquarters

Requirements:

• Qualification in engineering or comparable professional and technical experience, with additional studies in economics or business administration advantageous
• Highly developed entrepreneurial attitude and approach
