• Further ramp-up and organization of our newest production site for manufacturing and finishing of premium and luxury items
• Responsibility for safe, compliant, reliable, and economical operation of our site in Dürres, adhering to all requirements, laws, safety, and environmental regulations
• Targeted recruitment and management of local staff to secure workflow
• Setting up SOPs and all applicable documentation (guidelines, policies, etc.)
• Implementation and control of guidelines and policies (e.g., 5S, ISO, HSE)
• Organize workflow to meet production targets, delivery deadlines, and quality standards
• Planning and organizing production resources
• Ongoing process optimization for efficiency, quality, costs, and delivery
• Staff and budget planning, cost controlling, and reporting
• Developing strategies, defining, and monitoring objectives
• Reporting directly to German Headquarters

Qualifications:

• Engineering qualification or comparable technical experience, with additional studies in economics or business administration advantageous
