• Further ramp-up and organizing our newest production site where manufacturing and finishing of premium and luxury items will be carried out.
• Responsibility for safe, compliant, reliable, and economical operation of our site in Dürres in accordance with internal and external requirements, laws, legal obligations, safety regulations, environmental requirements, licenses, and permits.
• Targeted recruitment and cooperative management of local staff to secure workflow.
• Setting up standard operation procedures (SOPs) along with all applicable documentation (e.g., guidelines, policies).
• Full implementation and control of guidelines and policies (e.g., 5S, ISO, HSE).
• Organize workflow to meet production targets, delivery timelines, and quality standards.
• Planning and organizing production resources.
• Ongoing optimization of business and manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, costs, and delivery deadlines.
• Staff and budget planning, cost controlling, and reporting.
• Developing strategies, defining, and monitoring objectives.
• Report directly to German Headquarters.
• You have a qualification in engineering or comparable professional and technical experience, with additional studies in economics or business administration considered advantageous.
• You possess a highly developed entrepreneurial attitude and approach.
• You can prioritize and multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and pay sharp attention to detail.
• Used to work in international teams.
• Analytical thinking and a structured way of working.
• Outstanding communication and assertiveness skills.
• The ability to work successfully in a team.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office.
• Fluent command of English is necessary; Italian and/or Albanian would be an advantage.
• Experience in packaging production and print would be a benefit.
