We continue to grow and are currently looking for a Plant Manager (m/f/d).

• Further ramp-up and organizing our newest production site in which the manufacturing and finishing of premium and luxury will be carried out
• Responsibility for safe, compliant, reliable and economical operation of our site in Dürres in accordance with internal and external requirements, laws and legal obligations, safety regulations, environmental requirements, licenses and permits
• Targeted recruitment and cooperative management of local staff to secure workflow
• Setting up standard operation procedures (SOPs) along with all applicable documentation (e.g. guidelines, policies etc.)
• Full implementation and control of guidelines and policies (e.g. 5S, ISO, HSE)
• Organize workflow to meet production targets, delivery time lines and quality standards
• Planning and organizing production resources
• Ongoing optimisation of business and manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, costs and delivery deadlines
• Staff and budget planning, cost controlling and reporting
• Developing strategies, defining and monitoring objectives
• Report directly to German Headquarters
• You have a qualification in engineering or comparable professional and technical experience with additional studies in economics or business administration are advantageous
• You possess a highly developed entrepreneurial attitude and approach
• You can prioritize and multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and pay sharp attention to detail
• Used to work in international teams
• Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
• Outstanding communication and assertiveness skills
• The ability to work successfully in a team
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Fluent command of English necessary, Italian and/or Albanian would be an advantage
• Experience in packaging production and print would be a benefit
