• Further ramp-up and organization of our newest production site for manufacturing and finishing of premium and luxury items
• Responsibility for safe, compliant, reliable, and economical site operation in Dürres, adhering to all laws, regulations, safety, environmental standards, licenses, and permits
• Targeted recruitment and cooperative management of local staff to secure workflow
• Establishment of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and all relevant documentation (guidelines, policies, etc.)
• Implementation and monitoring of guidelines and policies (e.g., 5S, ISO, HSE)
• Organizing workflow to meet production targets, delivery timelines, and quality standards
• Planning and organizing production resources
• Continuous optimization of business and manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, cost, and delivery
• Staff and budget planning, cost control, and reporting
• Developing strategies, setting, and monitoring objectives
• Reporting directly to German headquarters

Qualifications:

• Engineering qualification or comparable professional and technical experience, with additional studies in economics or business administration advantageous
• Highly developed entrepreneurial attitude and approach
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Experience working in international teams
• Analytical and structured working style
• Excellent communication and assertiveness skills
• Teamwork capability
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluent English; Italian and/or Albanian skills are a plus
• Experience in packaging production and print is beneficial
