Qualifikationen

The Company

Our client is a successful, family-owned company in the automotive supplier industry with several thousand employees, which is excellently positioned on the market with its products.

We are looking for a successor Plant Manager for the plant in Eastern Slovakia, who will fully manage the production site.

Your Tasks

Management of the production plant with approx. 500 employees in accordance with internal company standards and local legal requirements

Management of production (injection molding, forming), assembly of components for the automotive industry and the administrative departments (HR, accounting) in cooperation with the department managers

Ensuring smooth production processes including the optimization of processes and procedures, quality assurance and compliance with safety regulations

Implementation of lean management and process optimization projects with the aim of increasing efficiency

Budget, resource and cost management, including the monitoring of investment projects

Contact person for customers and external partners, especially for ongoing projects

Reporting to the management in Germany

Your Profile

Completed, technically oriented university degree in mechanical engineering, process or production engineering, or a comparable field; alternatively, technical training with several years of relevant professional experience

Several years of professional and management experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in the automotive industry

Experience in managing production areas in the field of plastics processing, preferably injection molding or extrusion

Experience in manufacturing, assembly, and process optimization using common lean methods

Charismatic and team-oriented leadership personality with a goal- and results-oriented approach and recognized communication skills

Entrepreneurial leader with creative drive and a medium-sized business mindset

Very good knowledge of Slovak and English or German
