Job Description

Join my clients team as a Plant Manager in North Germany, where you will lead a dedicated workforce of approximately 100 employees. Drive efficient production processes while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Leverage your expertise to shape the future of our operations and enhance productivity!

Responsibilities:

- Oversee operations of the plant producing food & animal nutrition ingredients with around 100 employees

- Ensure production processes adhere to quality standards and legal requirements

- Plan, manage, and control production for efficiency and cost optimization

- Lead, motivate, and develop team members

- Monitor compliance with occupational health and safety measures

- Implement and track productivity and efficiency enhancement initiatives

- Take charge of budget planning and financial control

- Drive investment project implementation and monitoring

- Maintain and advance the Continuous Improvement Process (CIP)

What They Are Looking For:

- Degree in Food Technology, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or similar

- Extensive management experience in the food industry; plant/production manager ideal

- Solid knowledge in production planning, control, and process optimization

- Proven leadership skills with strong teamwork capabilities

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ERP systems

- Native-level German skills (C1 Minimum)

- Exceptional organizational skills and structured approach

- Strong communication skills with assertiveness
