Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the operation of the Factory.
- Formulate and implement the annual business plan of the factory to ensure the completion of various indicators assigned by the group company.
- Production Management and Quality Control.
- Develop and implement production management systems and processes to improve production efficiency and product quality.
- Promote lean production management, optimize production processes, and reduce production costs.
- Responsible for the building and management of the production team to enhance employee motivation and work efficiency;
- Cost Control and Resource Management.
- Manage the maintenance and upkeep of factory equipment to ensure its normal operation.
- Coordinate the working relationships among various departments to ensure the smooth progress of production.
- Handle the factory's external public relations affairs and establish a good corporate image.
- Organize and supervise the execution of the production plan to ensure that production tasks are delivery processes to ensure the effective operation of the supply chain system completed on time and meet the order delivery requirements.

Basic skills requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or above in relevant majors such as management, science, engineering, etc.
- More than 5 years of senior management experience in manufacturing enterprises, familiar with production operations with high-speed assembly and management, and possessing lean production concepts and practical experience;
- Familiar with manufacturing processes, quality and cost control, and having experience in the establishment and operation management of factories from scratch is preferred;
- Have strong organizational and coordination capabilities, communication skills, and team management abilities;
- Honest, open, mature, confident, have a high degree of professionalism, good teamwork spirit, and strong stress resistance;
- Have strong market insight and judgment abilities, and be good at identifying problems and proposing solutions;
- Fluent in English or German.
