Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Plant HR Business Partner fosters partnership across the HR function to deliver value added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives, strategies and policies of the organization. He / She works closely with management in the implementation of corporate policies related to human resources, organizational and employee development (i.e. talent management, succession and change management) and has responsibility for their roll-out / execution in collaboration with the Regional HR team. In addition, the Plant HR Business Partner participates in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., salary review, workforce planning, TEs culture, organizational change and stock renewal etc.).
The Plant HRBP - Adelberg serves as a strategic business partner and trusted thought partner to Plant Leader and In-Country Senior Management. Key responsibilities include:
