In your role, you will monitor our production facilities and respond to process deviations. You will carry out extensive problem analyses and derive necessary measures via statistical process control. You will perform your tasks with a high degree of accuracy and make decisions to ensure smooth production processes. We are looking for support in various process areas such as wafer testing, plasma processes, lithography, furnace technology, or metrology. Your new role includes:

1. Operating and monitoring automated production systems
2. Capturing errors and evaluating processes
3. Analyzing and prioritizing process deviations
4. Using statistical process control and data evaluation
5. Requalifying and commissioning production systems
6. Conducting experiments and process trials
7. Supporting continuous improvement processes and collaborating with departments

We operate on a continuous shift schedule: 8 hours per shift, 36 hours per week, with a 6/4 pattern. Work is in a cleanroom environment.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Completed technical vocational training (e.g., microtechnologist, lab technician, process mechanic) or relevant professional experience
• Some experience in a production environment and IT skills
• Enthusiasm for working in a highly automated environment
• Proficiency in MS Office or similar software
• Good German language skills (minimum B1, B2 preferred)
