Freudenberg Group is seeking a skilled plant controlling professional to own cost transparency for the production site, monitor financial performance, and drive improvements across the value chain.

You will analyze budget deviations, support budgeting and forecasting, and collaborate with Production and Logistics to push data-driven initiatives that optimize controll-ing processes and financial outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Experience: several years in plant, production, or supply chain controlling within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Expertise: cost accounting, product costing, and the financial management of a production site.
• Systems: SAP and Excel in daily work; BI solutions are advantageous.
• Mindset: analytical, challenge assumptions, drive initiatives independently.
• Digitalization: opportunities in automation and data-driven ways of working to modernize controlling.

• Systems: You are a confident user of SAP and Excel in your daily work; experience with BI solutions is considered an advantage.
