Freudenberg Group is seeking a finance professional to own and improve global reporting across German and international entities. You will serve as a key user for the reporting platform, ensuring data quality and timely KPI delivery to senior leadership.

The role requires several years in Group Controlling or Financial Reporting, strong analytical skills, and advanced Excel with Power BI experience. English fluency is essential; German knowledge is a plus.

• Reporting Transformation: Support the evaluation, selection, and implementation of the company’s future reporting solution and help shape the next generation reporting landscape.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
• Experience: Several years of experience in Group Controlling, Financial Reporting, FP&A, or a comparable finance function.
• Controlling Expertise: Strong understanding of financial KPIs, reporting structures, and management reporting processes.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to identify trends, challenge data, and derive meaningful business insights.
• Systems Affinity: Hands-on experience with reporting tools and a strong interest in reporting systems and digitalization.
• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills and practical experience with Power BI or similar analytics solutions.
• Communication & Languages: Comfortable interacting with international stakeholders and preparing presentations for senior management. You communicate confidently in English; German language skills are beneficial.
