Responsibilities
- Management and further development of the merchandise planning team
- Monitor inventory and communicate availability
- Manage inventory and replenishment of stock
- Identify market trends and drive sales
- Develop local forecasts and address risks and opportunities
- Promote sales of specific inventory
- Improve reporting dashboards and develop analytical reports
- Consolidate demand and forecasts, ensuring accuracy
- Member of the Regional Management Team
- Close collaboration with the Commercial Director and the Commercial Management
Qualifications
- At least 7 years of professional experience in a similar position, especially in textile retail is desirable
- Strong understanding of textiles and the competitive landscape
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in sales and margin forecasting and promotional performance analysis
- Strategic thinking and planning skills
- Proficiency in demand planning and forecast accuracy
- Leadership experience and ability to manage a team
- Strong experience with an ERP system and expert in Excel
- You are fluent in English and German
