ASBIS is seeking a Planning and Operations Manager in Berlin to oversee end-to-end supply chain activities for ASBC Germany. You will drive demand planning, inventory control, procurement, and pricing strategy, coordinating with suppliers and a 3PL to ensure timely deliveries and cost efficiency.

You will lead cross-functional teams, optimize stock levels, implement SCM processes, and monitor KPIs across the network.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics.
• Experience in procurement, inventory management and demand planning.
• Experience with supplier relationships and logistics operations.
• Experience with supply chain software and ERP systems.

About the position:

We are looking for a Planning and Operations Manager to manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain process for ASBC Germany.

The role involves demand planning, inventory management, procurement, supplier management, order and logistics coordination, and product assortment and pricing management. You will work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and a 3PL service provider to ensure efficient operations, timely product delivery, optimal stock levels, and cost-effective supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define product assortment and pricing control by store
• Implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, manage costs, and ensure compliance
• Manage product assortment and pricing, including pairings, SETs, consumables, and promotions
• Analyze demand and manage inventory levels, turnover, availability, and overstock/OOS
• Oversee procurement processes and maintain supplier relationships
• Define sales and purchasing rules
• Place orders, track shipments, and coordinate direct deliveries
• Cooperate with a 3PL service provider on logistics operations
• Manage promotional pricing and campaigns
• Analyze supply chain data and monitor operational performance and key supply chain metrics
• Identify supply chain risks and support continuous process improvement

Required experience and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience in supply chain or logistics
• Experience in procurement, inventory management, and demand planning
• Experience managing supplier relationships and logistics operations
• Experience working with supply chain software and ERP systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Experience in project management and team management
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards
• Retail or manufacturing experience is a plus
• Fluent German and English
