Role & Background

Wolt is a Finnish technology company best known for our delivery platform. We've grown significantly in recent years, expanding from just four countries across the Nordics to 25 countries across Europe and Asia today. Since June, Wolt has been a part of the US stock-listed company DoorDash.

At Wolt, we pave the road as we move forward. Currently, we are developing and implementing our Global Supply Chain Strategy in close cooperation with our key stakeholders—operations and sales in various countries.

Responsibilities

1. You will be responsible for the German market.
2. Enhance planning processes and hiring strategies to derive optimal supply needs, minimizing costs while delivering an excellent customer experience.
3. Devise overarching supply planning strategies based on business trends and demand patterns to proactively manage seasonality.
4. Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
5. Collaborate with other departments to understand demand dynamics and influence factors.

Qualifications

1. Degree in business, economics, finance, supply chain management, or a related field.
2. 2-3 years of professional experience in analyst roles.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Professional fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Excellent business judgment and a practical, common-sense approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Looker, SQL.

How will success be measured?

• Share of couriers not on task.
• Average delivery time.
• Share of hours in the booked stage.
• Supply forecasting accuracy in percentage.
