- Support development and maintenance of the integrated master schedule in Primavera P6
- Create and manage detailed discipline-level or work package schedules as required (CSA, MEP, commissioning, etc.)
- Load and maintain progress, actuals, quantities, and durations on a weekly basis
- Coordinate with Package Managers/subcontractors to obtain, review, and integrate their programme updates
- Highlight schedule variances and assist with delay analysis, recovery planning, and reforecasting
- Assist in developing look-ahead schedules and workfront plans (1-week, 4-week, 12-week)
- Solid working knowledge of Primavera P6, including schedule updates and basic reporting
- Familiarity with cost and quantity loading to P6 Schedule, and integration with BOQs or budget forecasts
- Understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for supporting calculations, dashboards, and report formatting
- Familiar with digital project management tools (e.g., ACC/BIM 360, Power BI, SharePoint)
Project Knowledge:
- 3–7 years of experience in construction planning or scheduling
- Experience on large-scale construction projects, preferably mission-critical, industrial, or infrastructure
- Understanding of construction sequencing, particularly MEP, commissioning, and interface-intensive scopes
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Clear communicator with ability to work under supervision and as part of a fast-paced delivery team
- Proactive and adaptable, able to manage multiple inputs and update priorities as project evolves
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
- Primavera P6 training or certification (desirable)
- Familiarity with standard forms of contract (NEC/FIDIC) is a plus
- PMP or AACE/PMI-SP certification is an advantage
