Your Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain documentation packages for designated piping systems
• Conduct and coordinate system walkdowns to ensure accurate documentation of as-built conditions
• Ensure documentation quality and compliance with internal standards and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Collaborate with construction, engineering, and quality teams to address documentation inconsistencies and close gaps
• Prepare and support the development of turnover dossiers to facilitate commissioning and system handover
• Monitor, update, and report system status using internal tracking tools and reporting platforms

Your Requirements:

• 5–10 years of experience working on project-based piping systems, ideally in complex industrial or regulated environments
• Strong attention to detail with a proven track record of managing technical documentation from construction to handover
• Comfortable in hands-on, site-based engineering environments with a solid understanding of walkdowns
• Familiar with Good Documentation Practice (GDP) principles and quality system expectations
• Proactive, well-organized, and effective in coordinating with multidisciplinary teams
• Capable of working independently and managing documentation processes with minimal supervision
