About the Role

We are AMBOSS, seeking a Physician Assistant to join our educational editorial team. This role is crucial for creating and optimizing content for US PA students, helping to expand our PA student user base and support AMBOSS's growth. You will collaborate with medical editors to develop high-quality, evidence-based educational materials tailored to the PA curriculum, contributing directly to the educational success of PA students and strengthening our reputation as a leading medical education resource.

Responsibilities in the First 12 Months

• Collaborate with editors to develop evidence-based content for PA students, including practice questions, explanations, articles, and illustrations.
• Share insights about PA students’ learning needs to enhance content quality.
• Implement AMBOSS styles and structures to improve didactic value.
• Become proficient in our content management system to create content (no tech background required).

Candidate Requirements

• Completed Physician Assistant National Certifying Examination (PANCE).
• Excellent English skills (C1 level or equivalent).
• Digital literacy; experience with educational content creation or tutoring is a plus.
• Full-time availability preferred (minimum 20h/week).
• Located in or willing to relocate to Germany; home office from the US possible under certain circumstances.
