Qualifikationen

For our customer Celltrion, a Biosimilar Market Leader, we are looking for a

Regional Business Manager (f / m / d) Oncology

Regional Business Managers are responsible for managing the company's oncology portfolio at key regional stakeholders in a holistic approach (HCPs, hospital-based and local sick funds, networks like HCP associations). They identify potential customers, networks, and stakeholders in Oncology and interact with them to expand business volume. They work closely with the marketing department to develop and implement strategies and support projects for all stakeholder groups.

The RBM manages and steers all cross-functional activities related to oncology customers in their area.

The RBM maintains constant communication with the identified customers through personal visits, calls, projects, educational events, and other channels, focusing on building holistic partnerships rather than daily visits. They lead (dotted line) the Medical Customer Manager (MCM) linked to their business area and are responsible for the prescription of oncology drugs in their geographic area.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Act as a competent contact person for oncology-therapeutic physicians and stakeholders, promoting the use of our oncology drugs.
  2. Plan and implement activities for various specialist groups within oncology.
  3. Reduce market access barriers in cooperation with Market Access.
  4. Provide scientific advice on the use, effects, composition, and risks of monoclonal antibodies and other oncology drugs.
  5. Share experiences and pass information to the back office.
  6. Develop and implement interaction formats and projects with customer groups in collaboration with cross-functional departments.
  7. Present the latest data on our products.
  8. Maintain and expand customer relationships, acquire new customers.
  9. Achieve company-specific quantitative and qualitative goals.
  10. Plan and execute regional events and participate in national congresses.
  11. Handle administrative tasks, including documentation and database maintenance.
  12. Analyze sales trends and develop business plans.
  13. Manage budgets and participate in conferences and projects.
  14. Ensure compliance with regulations and utilize IT systems confidently.
REQUIREMENTS
  1. Degree in pharmacy, medicine, veterinary medicine, chemistry, biology, or equivalent.
  2. Good contacts within oncology stakeholders and networks.
  3. Proven success in related roles is desirable.
  4. Knowledge of stakeholder decision drivers, treatment, reimbursement, and health economic factors.
  5. Experience supporting marketing activities and project management.
  6. Professional experience with biologicals or biosimilars is desirable.
  7. Customer-oriented with strong communication skills.
  8. Reliable, structured, responsible, independent, and team-oriented working style.
  9. Proficiency in German and English.
  10. Flexibility and willingness to travel.
  11. Valid driver’s license (Class B).
