For our customer Celltrion, a Biosimilar Market Leader, we are looking for a
Regional Business Managers are responsible for managing the company's oncology portfolio at key regional stakeholders in a holistic approach (HCPs, hospital-based and local sick funds, networks like HCP associations). They identify potential customers, networks, and stakeholders in Oncology and interact with them to expand business volume. They work closely with the marketing department to develop and implement strategies and support projects for all stakeholder groups.
The RBM manages and steers all cross-functional activities related to oncology customers in their area.
The RBM maintains constant communication with the identified customers through personal visits, calls, projects, educational events, and other channels, focusing on building holistic partnerships rather than daily visits. They lead (dotted line) the Medical Customer Manager (MCM) linked to their business area and are responsible for the prescription of oncology drugs in their geographic area.
