Position Summary:
We are seeking a Full-Time Mobile Outpatient Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes and various community settings. As a mobile therapist, you will play a vital role in assisting patients on their journey to recovery, promoting mobility, and improving overall physical health.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings.Provide hands-on therapy, including manual techniques and therapeutic exercises.Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, exercises, and home care strategies.Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate patient needs.Stay current with industry trends and best practices through continuing education.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. Valid Texas state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
