Physical Security Officer (m/f/d)

About us

MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

Your profile

• At least 3 years of experience in physical security, with a mandatory background in relevant companies or roles.
• University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in a relevant field is required. Electrical engineering or IT training is an advantage.
• BT certificate and TPO certificate are required.
• Certificate of professional competence according to Law 473/2005 Coll is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and TISAX standards is mandatory.
• Experience in manufacturing companies or research institutes is advantageous.
• Intermediate proficiency in English is mandatory and ability to communicate in Korean is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
• A valid driving license (Class B) with active driving experience is required.
• Must be able to use CAD/drawing.
• Execute primary planning and control for physical security across European operations, coordinating with Korean headquarters and European subsidiaries.
• Act as the overall planning and control tower for physical security throughout Europe (Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Turkey, Spain, and other European countries), focusing on automobile plants, parts warehouses, and research institutes.
• Plan and initiate relevant security administrative procedures.
• Identify, assess, and manage physical security risks, ensuring compliance with standards across all sites.
• Manage inspections and audits to monitor security protocols.
• Implement and supervise security measures during construction of new facilities.
• Coordinate with external companies for security equipment installation and maintenance.
• Review, prepare, and enforce internal security policies and regulations.
• Manage information asset protection, working with IT to prevent leaks.
• Manage security zones, access controls, and surveillance systems (CCTV).
• Coordinate security services, update standards, and resolve operational issues.
• Manage security audits in collaboration with the parent company.
