Our operations network, known for speed, accuracy, and exceptional service, delivers millions of packages and smiles to Amazon customers daily. To keep our operations secure and ensure continuity, we seek an experienced professional to join our Physical Security (PhySec) Maintenance and Sustainability team as Program Manager. You will manage complex projects overseeing physical security across Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

A day in the life
As a Program Manager, you'll oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of physical security systems, excluding corporate offices and third-party sites. Your focus will be on executing cost-effective projects to improve preventive measures, response capabilities, and incident investigation, reducing losses and risks.

You will ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards, collaborate with vendors, manage schedules, and drive project deliverables. Additionally, you'll promote sustainability initiatives like value engineering, standards updates, task automation, and cross-team support within PhySec.

• Lead operational physical security maintenance projects across EMEA
• Collaborate with internal teams (security, loss prevention, operations, IT) and external vendors
• Ensure security programs meet compliance standards
• Improve cost-effectiveness of programs
• Champion sustainability within your region
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, lookups, logical formulas, data cleansing, array formulas)
• Experience in program or project management
• Cross-functional teamwork experience
• Experience using data for process improvements
• Ability to define program requirements and measure improvements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, or logistics

Security&LP ensures end-to-end security in Amazon's supply chain. The PhySec team manages physical security maintenance and compliant security system implementation across EMEA, overseeing equipment, installation costs, external partners, and adherence to standards. We aim to standardize and sustain security designs, optimize infrastructure, and support business growth with scalable security solutions.
