• Looking for a leader with 3-5 years as Developer/Team Lead with strong PHP and OOP.
• Experience with MVC frameworks and frontend stacks is beneficial.
• Fluent in English or German essential.

Responsibilities:

You will have many different responsibilities as a Team Lead. You will not only manage the team, but also provide hands-on help and guidance to ensure optimal performance and continued growth.

You will also:

Make technical and disciplinary decisions through management of your development team including up to 5 members.

Provide Continuous development and optimisation of frontend and backend features

Take responsibility for IT Software Systems

Help to expand Quality assurance features

Work with leading technologies

Application of Clean Code and TDD/BDD principles

Clear communication with other Team Leads throughout the company

Provide clear coaching and constructive criticism to team members.

Your Background:

3-5 years’ experience at a professional such asSoftware Architect/Senior Developer or Team Lead.

Experience with MVC based Frameworks (Symfony is beneficial)

Very strong knowledge of object oriented development with PHP.

Experience with frontend stack also beneficial but NOT essential (Angular, React, Vue)

Git, TDD/BDD, Agile Methodologies / Scrum, Design patterns

AWS/GCP is advantageous but NOT essential

Great knowledge ofMySQL

Knowledge ofLinux and Debian

Very strong English or German skills
