Role: PhD Student in Lymphoma Research

Responsibilities
  • Follow-up research based on recent findings on N-linked glycosylation as a therapeutic target for aggressive lymphomas.
  • Dissect oncogenic signaling pathways in lymphoma models.
  • Conduct genome-scale CRISPR/Cas9 screens and proteomic experiments, including posttranslational modifications.
  • Utilize advanced imaging techniques like dSTORM, single molecule tracking, SIM, and proximity ligation assays.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze experiments independently in lymphoma research.
  • Apply molecular biology and biochemistry methods such as tissue culture, flow cytometry, and western blotting.
Candidate Requirements
  • Master's degree or equivalent in molecular medicine, biology, biochemistry, or related fields.
  • Hands-on research experience in cell biology, biochemistry, and molecular biology.
  • Interest and motivation in cancer biology research.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and applying new technologies.
  • Motivation for experimental work, data analysis, and presentation.
  • Teamwork skills, responsibility, and proactivity.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office tools.
  • Proof of measles immunity or vaccination is required due to legal regulations.
