Close collaboration partners are at ZALF (Müncheberg), BNITM (Hamburg), IGB (Neuglobsow) and IZW (Berlin) in particular.

YOUR TASKS

  • bacteriological and molecular biological analyses of microbial communities in livestock slurry
  • supporting laboratory slurry tank experiments
  • bioinformatic analyses of large-scale genomic and metagenomic sequence data
  • investigation of pathogen transmission and spread
  • interdisciplinary collaborations, including the scientific support of guest researchers and visits at partner institutes (e.g. ATB)
