Organon sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Pharmareferenten (w/m/d) im Bereich der Neurologie für den Großraum Kiel/Mecklenburg-Vorpommern als Teil eines 19-köpfigen Teams.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Beratung und Schulung: Verkauf und Beratung durch professionelle Produktpräsentation für verschreibungspflichtige Medikamente. Vermittlung von Indikationskenntnissen und fachliche Beratung von Fachärzten in Kliniken und niedergelassenen Bereich sowie ausgewählte Praxen Allgemeinmedizin.

• Kundenbetreuung: Proaktive Kommunikation mit Kunden über verschiedene Kanäle, einschließlich persönlicher Besuche, virtueller Web-Meetings, Telefonate und E-Mails. Entwicklung und Umsetzung von kreativen Vermarktungskonzepten in Abstimmung mit dem zuständigen Sales Manager.

• Veranstaltungsmanagement: Eigenverantwortliche Planung und Durchführung von ärztlichen Schulungen, Veranstaltungen, Messen, und Kongressen (regional, überregional) und Fortbildungsveranstaltungen in Präsenz, online und im Hybridformat.

• Umsatz- und Budget-Management: Umsatzplanung sowie Verantwortung für den effizienten Einsatz der Budgets der Region und Teilnahme an Kongressen und Veranstaltungen.

• Kunden- und Wettbewerbsanalyse: Regelmäßige Marktanalysen zur Identifizierung von Neukunden und zur effektiven Tourenplanung. Regelmäßige Analyse von Gebiets-, Kunden-, und Wettbewerbsumfeld.

• Zusammenarbeit: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Medical- und Marketingteam, um Kunden relevante Informationen bereitzustellen und nachhaltige Beziehungen aufzubauen. Zeitnahe Weitergabe von Informationen im Team.

• Markenaufbau: Erweiterung des Ansehens von Organon im Markt.

• Digitalisierung: Maximale Ausnutzung des CRM-Tools und Optimierung des digitalen Engagements im Tagesgeschäft.

Das bringen Sie mit:

• Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder eine Ausbildung als CTA o.ä. oder die notwendige Sachkenntnis nach §75 AMG als Geprüfter Pharmareferent.

• Mehrjährige erfolgreiche Tätigkeit im Pharmaaußendienst als Pharmareferent oder - berater

• Erfahrung in der Vermittlung von komplexen medizinischen und pharmakologischen Informationen zu Produkten und Therapiekonzepten.

• Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln. Erfahrung in der Organisation von hybriden, reinen Online- oder Präsenzveranstaltungen.

• Bereitschaft zur selbstständigen und pro-aktiven fachlichen Fortbildung.

• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, hohe Motivation und Spaß am Netzwerken.

• Ausgeprägte Kontaktfähigkeit mit professionellem Auftreten und hoher Kommunikationsfähigkeit.

• Selbstständiger, lösungs- und ergebnisorientierter Arbeitsstil mit hoher Eigenmotivation.
