Your tasks
- Focus on 2 products: Praluent (PCSK9i) and Toujeo (basal insulin), working with your team (Squad).
- Manage key customers in the specialist, GP, specialist practice, and hospital sectors to increase the use of GenMed products in Germany.
- Handle customer needs and expectations aligned with company messages to create exceptional customer experiences.
- Utilize channel preferences to plan and execute personalized "customer journeys" following the omnichannel strategy.
- Take entrepreneurial responsibility for strategic decisions, including identifying key customers, approach, networking, and customer projects, in collaboration with CX Managers, Network Manager, and Commercial Lead.
- Analyze and improve work methods within the squad, area, and cross-functional teams to increase efficiency and develop new solutions.
- Create and monitor individual customer development plans in coordination with the team and sales targets.
Your profile
- Experience in field sales, preferably in diabetes, metabolic, or cardiovascular diseases is ideal.
- Strong sales orientation with a focus on results, customer-centric thinking and action.
- Persuasive sales skills, negotiation skills, independence, and good presentation skills.
- Team player with a collaborative approach to developing target group plans, strategies, and brand image.
- Decisive, courageous, willing to take calculated risks, and reflective of actions within the team.
- Business fluent in written and spoken German; English knowledge is a plus.
- Proficient in digital tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Zoom.
