Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Pharmaceutical Construction Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale pharmaceutical facility valued at €250 million+. This is a critical leadership role overseeing complex mechanical piping systems, building management services (BMS), and electrical infrastructure across all phases of the project lifecycle.



Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
* Oversee the installation of mechanical piping systems, including clean and black utilities, HVAC, and process piping.
* Lead the integration of building management systems and ensure all automation and controls meet pharmaceutical standards.
* Supervise the execution of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and instrumentation.
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to drive quality and performance.
* Monitor budget, track project milestones, and report progress to senior stakeholders.
* Ensure GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and cleanroom standards are maintained throughout construction.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in managing large-scale pharmaceutical or biotech construction projects (€250 million+).
* Strong background in mechanical piping, BMS, and electrical systems.
* Familiarity with GxP, GMP, and cleanroom environments.
* Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
* Engineering or construction management degree (or equivalent experience).
* Ability to work on-site full-time and manage multidisciplinary teams in a high-compliance setting.
