At our client Airbus Aerostructures GmbH, a responsible and impactful role as HR Advisor – HR Services & Processes is waiting for you in Nordenham. This position is not about repetitive data entry – it’s about smart HR processes, digital solutions and real consultation on equal footing.
The gross annual salary ranges between €55,300 and €58,300 depending on qualifications. Please note that we can only consider candidates with a valid and unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa).

Tasks
- Advising and supporting employees and managers with HR processes and tools
- Administrative implementation of individual HR measures, e.g. contract changes and external recruiting
- Maintaining HR data, creating reports and carrying out data analyses
- Supporting internal HR campaigns such as Performance & Goals, Salary Review or People Review
- Assisting with the digitalization and further development of internal HR processes
- Supporting national HR projects and special topics
- Supervising interns and working students as part of early career management
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or certified qualification as HRManager
- Long-standing professional experience in human resources
- Hands-on experience in administrative HR functions and working with HR systems
- Confident use of Google Workspace
- Very good German language skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
- Strong interest in HR digitalization topics
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is strictly required
