Your Tasks
  • First point of contact for managers on operational HR topics, preparing personnel measures considering legal and tariff regulations.
  • Providing proactive advice to managers and employees on personnel-related issues.
  • Ensuring smooth execution of personnel measures and contributing to overall employee lifecycle management.
  • Informing employee representatives about relevant activities to ensure transparency and fairness.
  • Implementing and developing measures for operational health management and existing BGM structures, analyzing metrics to improve process quality.
  • Participating in the further development of the HR department and engaging in digitalization projects and strategic HR process management.
Our Expectations
  • Completed business administration studies, preferably with a focus on HR/labor law, or comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience as a HR specialist, ideally with tariff experience in public or church services.
  • High organizational talent, structured work approach, and strong communication skills.
  • Empathy, openness, and social customer orientation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HR management systems.
  • High affinity for modern digital office technologies and openness to innovation.
  • Alignment with the principles of the Catholic Church and the mission of Caritas.
  • Enjoyment in taking responsibility in a collegial team, strong internal and external communication, solution-oriented and motivating work style.
