Position: Personalberater Vertrieb (m/w/d) for our branch in Wuppertal

Responsibilities:

1. Sales: Actively acquire new and existing customers
2. Customer Care: Ensure optimal customer satisfaction, strengthen customer loyalty, and oversee quality assurance
3. Customer Consulting: Identify personnel needs and offer tailored solutions
4. Recruitment: Responsible for staff selection and deployment planning within your department
5. Leadership: Lead your team both professionally and disciplinarily, serving as a point of contact for job-related questions
