Your Role in Shaping the Future

Join us at our location in Köln to support the VP of Product Creation as a Personal & Project Assistant. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation
  2. Travel plan management and coordination
  3. Daily administrative tasks such as invoice management
  4. Supporting the VP in SAP and handling personal support
  5. Serving as an operational interface to direct reports concerning expenses, vacation, budget management, to-do’s, and tasks
  6. Providing general support for Office and Team Management, including coordinating product milestone meetings
  7. Managing meeting protocols and drafts
  8. Leading smaller projects related to the VP
What We Expect from You
  1. Completed commercial apprenticeship or similar qualification
  2. Minimum of 3 years in a similar role managing personal assistants, event management, and coordination tasks
  3. Strong organizational skills and a strategic mindset
  4. Hands-on pragmatist with confidence in decision-making and execution
  5. Fluency in English; German skills are a plus
  6. Willingness to travel internationally
