This is a high-visibility role requiring sharp attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal teams and external clients
  • Manage calendars, meeting logistics, and conference call scheduling
  • Coordinate complex international travel and visa arrangements
  • Process expense reports and manage invoices with accuracy and initiative
  • Arrange transportation, catering, and event logistics
  • Maintain databases and support with presentation materials (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Archive and file contracts and sensitive documents

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in a Team Assistant or Executive Assistant role within finance, banking, or professional services
  • Fluent English and German (both essential)
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
