Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Advisor will sales and build customer loyalty.
A Sales Advisor's responsibilities include:
- CUSTOMER RELATIONS
- Invite customers to explore the world of AMI and offer a unique shopping experience.
- Welcome customers according to AMI values: being friendly, smiling, and always in a good mood.
- Understand customer needs and propose relevant product selections while encouraging cross-selling.
- Assist customers during fittings and accommodate any alterations when needed.
- Embrace a customer loyalty culture, building strong and long-term relationships with clients.
- Introduce new customers to the brand.
STOCK
- Follow-up and manage stock (reception of goods, system integration, inventory rotation, restocking requests, transfers, etc.).
VISUAL MERCHANDISING
- Ensure the store is well maintained: presentation of products, cleanliness, premises maintenance, etc.
- Participate actively in Visual Merchandising, follow VM guidelines, and propose options during rotations.
Qualifications and skills include:
- Experience in luxury sales and/or designer clothing, familiar with sales techniques.
- Curious and dedicated to new projects.
- Smiling, dynamic, involved, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Master customer service skills and foster a customer-service spirit.
- Strong interest and understanding of fashion, with familiarity with the luxury market and trends.
- Proficiency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
