Your Tasks

In the coming months, you can expect:

• Building a new area at Via Physio: Performance management of operational practice operations
• Reporting: Developing a reporting system to monitor and optimize our practice KPIs.
• Supporting the creation of an Operations Back-Office team to efficiently manage practice business, ensuring a smooth patient journey, e.g., utilization control and optimized rebooking rates after cancellations.
• Optimizing reception management: Improving workflows for the reception team to best translate incoming inquiries into managed patient care.
• Process development: Identifying areas for improvement and implementing new processes to increase efficiency.
• On-site support: Collaborating closely with practice managers and reception teams to optimize workflows and resource planning.
• Project work: Participating in special projects, such as the introduction of new tools (e.g., Zendesk, Aaron.AI).
• Supporting the scaling of our business model through data-driven decision-making.
• Managing our team assistants (8 to 10 employees).

Your Profile

1-3 years of experience in a high-performance environment (startup, consulting, investment banking, VC, operations).

Analytical & data-driven – You use numbers to make informed decisions.

Hands-on & execution-oriented – You tackle problems pragmatically with a "getting things done" mentality.

Entrepreneurial thinking – Independence and strategic thinking characterize you.

Organizational talent – You manage multiple projects and priorities effortlessly.

Charismatic & proactive – You navigate confidently in dynamic environments.

Fluent in German & English – Essential for collaborating with local partners.
