Your Tasks

• Generate creative ideas to develop strong concepts for renowned brands.
• Create visually and textually appealing creative concepts.
• Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns.
• Manage the budget for assigned marketing campaigns.
• Identify, control, and report on relevant KPIs.
• Communicate campaign performance as a link between the client and the creative team.
• Take responsibility for the performance of top-tier international DTC brands by:
  • Developing appealing creatives and assets strategically.
  • Planning and executing media buying on platforms like Facebook.
  • Controlling and reporting relevant KPIs.
  • Communicating campaign performance between clients and the creative team.
• Ensure excellent performance for brand impact campaigns for traditional brands through:
  • Data-driven development of creative concepts.
  • Prototyping ideas.
  • Testing in brand impact panels.

Your Profile

• You are studying or have completed studies in business, marketing, communication, or media.
• You preferably have practical experience in online marketing.
• You have a hands-on mentality and enjoy analytical tasks.
• You thrive in a dynamic, start-up environment.
• You are independent, results-driven, and highly motivated.
• You are communicative, flexible, and open-minded.
• You are proficient in both German and English.
