• Develop and manage campaigns across social media (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat) and other channels to meet ROI targets
• Oversee the planning, testing, analysis, and scaling of paid campaigns
• Perform data-driven optimizations to enhance campaign performance and achieve KPIs
• Collaborate with creative production teams to develop compelling concepts for campaigns and other Paid Media topics
• Partner with broader marketing teams to identify data-driven improvements and drive growth for trivago
• Ensure robust tracking setups for consistent reporting and swiftly address any issues with web pixels, catalogs, or app event measurements

What you’ll need to thrive:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in managing large-budget Paid Social campaigns
• Innovative mindset for experimental learning in a fast-paced environment
• Solid analytical skills to interpret data and identify opportunities for creative enhancement
• In-depth understanding of digital marketing terminologies and technicalities
• Proficiency in Excel, with capabilities in pivot tables
• Exceptional attention to detail to meticulously identify errors
• Fluency in English (our company language), equipped with great communication skills
• Sociable and open-minded with a collaborative spirit

• Experience with setting up Feeds/ Catalogs for retail, e-commerce, or travel brands
