We’re looking for an analytical Performance Marketing Manager to supercharge our digital marketing efforts, optimize campaigns, and elevate our brand across the startup ecosystem and beyond. Activities

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing efforts, ensuring our digital presence delivers maximum ROI. Here’s what you’ll be doing :

  • Performance Marketing Strategy : You own our performance marketing channels, develop a long-term strategy for these channels that align with our business objectives and target groups, and derive and implement data-driven, scalable measures.
  • Campaign Optimization : Plan, execute, and continuously optimize paid campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Testing : Test, iterate, and refine campaigns to achieve higher conversion rates and lower acquisition costs.
  • Budget Management : You own the 6-digit performance marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and tracking ROI.
  • Data Analytics : Monitor and analyze key campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights from data to improve strategies and share learnings across the team.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration : Work closely with our brand and content teams to ensure alignment and cohesive messaging across campaigns.

Requirements

  • Performance Marketing Mastery : Proven experience managing large-scale paid campaigns with measurable results.
  • Analytical Expertise : Proficient in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4) to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Strategic Thinking : Ability to develop and execute data-backed strategies that drive business growth.
  • Proficiency with Tools : Strong command of platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Adaptability : Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, responding quickly to new opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaborative Mindset : Skilled at working cross-functionally and communicating insights effectively to diverse teams.
  • Google Tag Manager Experience is a plus!
  • Event Marketing Experience is a plus!
